⭑☆ TERM OF SERVICES ★⭒

Please read it all before purchasing anything from me :3

You must over 18+, minors will be blacklisted/blocked and I will warn other artists about you.

TIME & QUEUE:
✮ Please note that I work at a slower pace in order to give each piece the time and attention it deserves. I am not a full-time artist and also have a job alongside my art.
✮ Please allow up to 2 months for your commission to be completed. I always do my best to finish commissions as quickly as possible, but completion times may vary depending on my personal circumstances and workload.
✮ I have the right to rest when sick or injured which could result in delays.
✮ Commissions are generally completed in the order they are received.

COMMUNICATION:
✮ Note that I am much more active on Discord, so please keep this in mind when contacting me.
✮ Please avoid sending one-word or unclear messages such as “Hi.” or simply adding me without sending anything. If you’re contacting me about a commission, question, or update, please tell me what you’re reaching out about from the start.
✮ My DMs are open if you need to discuss your commission, ask a question, request an update, or clarify any details. I’m always happy to communicate with you throughout the process.
✮ Please keep in mind that commissions take time and that my turnaround may vary. Repeatedly asking for updates, rushing me, or sending excessive messages will not make your commission progress faster. Spam, harassment, and threats will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Depending on the situation, this may result in the commission being cancelled and/or you being permanently blacklisted.

PAYMENT:
✮ I ONLY accept PAYPAL as a payment method.
✮ I will not begin working on your commission until the required payment has been received.
✮ Refunds are not available once I have started the sketch.
✮ Attempting to obtain a fraudulent or illegitimate refund will result in an immediate blacklist and block. I will also warn other artists about your fraudulent behaviour.
✮ In the event of a fraudulent chargeback or refund attempt, you will forfeit all rights to the commissioned artwork. I reserve the right to reuse the artwork's for personal/commercial use in order to compensate for any losses incurred.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS:
✮ If you would like your commission to remain private and not be posted publicly, please let me know when placing your order. A 25% privacy fee may apply depending on the commission.
✮ Please note that privacy must be requested before I start working on the commission. Once the artwork has been publicly posted, I cannot guarantee that it can be removed from all previously shared locations.

AI POLICY:
✮ I do not allow my artwork to be involved with AI in any way, shape, or form. Do not use AI to edit, alter, generate from, or otherwise manipulate my artwork. My artwork may not be used for AI training, datasets, or similar purposes. Violating this policy will result in an immediate blacklist and block.
✮ Sending AI-generated references is entirely discouraged. Please use human-made artwork, screenshots, photographs, or other non-AI references.

LASTLY:
✮ By accepting the TOS you are giving me permission to share the artwork on my social media but you may choose to remain anonymous when credited.
✮ Feel free to publish your finished artwork on your website or social media. Please make sure to credit me as the artist whenever you do so.
✮ Do NOT claim ownership of the artwork, modify it, use it for training AI systems, or use it commercially.
✮ Art you commission of my OCs doesn’t give you ownership of my characters. My characters remain my intellectual property.
✮ I reserve the right to work on and post other personal or commissioned projects while I have outstanding commissions.

By commissionin me you are agreeing to my TOS, make sure to read them entirely :3
